Inspiration – Peacock

Here is another EOTD that I made based on a photo that I was inspired with: Here’s the photo: Taken from the internet The colors that I used are: Deep End – UD 15th Anniversary Palette radium – UD Book of Shadows III Evidence – UD Book of Shadows III Blue and red in LA Abstract Palette The falsies that I used are the ones I bought from Saizen. I have another inspiration EOTD in my head. I just hope I can find the time to make it. Vacation’s over for me.

Inspiration

I found this in one of my magazines. I think the makeup used was Shu Uemura. I don’t have any Shu palettes that’s why I used my Fashion 21 palette. The colors don’t exactly match the original but this will suffice. It’s always fun to do my eyes whenever I’m sick. = ) I already tried 3 purple shades but I still can’t match the original. Oh, well. At least I had fun! By the way, did you notice that the lines on my eyes have diminished? That's because of my Clinique All About Eyes Rich Cream  which is also included in my giveaway. Don't forget to join!

Inspiration

More inspiration... I am drawn to paintings of women. I look at the eyes, the expression and the feeling that the paintings exude. From time to time, when my mind is blank and it's hard for me to write, I look at the first few paintings. When I need to be creative to develop a concept or create jewelry, I look at the other group of paintings by Andrew Atroshenko. I like pinup and 60's style paintings. I love the fashion in that world. I like how the people looked back then. That's why I was drawn to these works by Edwin Georgi. I love the way he captured emotion in those eyes. For the Atroshenko paintings, I like the sadness and the sensuality that he was able to capture. Like the women are in control of everything. For paintings with men on them, I look for sadness in the eyes or sad looking eyes. Even in anime, I look for the guy who has sad eyes. I have absolutely no idea why sadness inspires me. What inspires you?
