Soft Life Saturdays: Beauty, Shopping, Curated Purchases, and Holding It Together Part 2

This is part 2. If you'd like to read part 1 first, head on over here I forgot to say in part 1 that I went to Charles and Keith to buy a pair of shoes. After lunch, we went to H&M to look for clothes for my son but didn't find any in his size. On the way back to Greenbelt, we stopped by Ayala Museum's free section. They were having an exhibit about water. I told my son that we should go because we once discussed this in our homeschool.  Ayala Museum I love this painting This part, where women and girls carry the burden of water collection in some countries, really struck my online students when we discussed this in Ancient Civilizations. This stayed with them. By the way, if you didn't know, I used to teach the students in my homeschool group online. 😊 If you're homeschooling, drop by Ayala Museum to check out this exhibit. The entrance is on the bridgeway to Greenbelt. They regularly have free exhibits in that part of the museum.  Circuit Mall: Uniqlo and Ske...

Uniqlo Soon to Open in Glorietta!

Finally! My favorite store for all things comfy is coming to Glorietta in June! I just read this news yesterday and I’m so excited! I already told my mom about it as I asked her to get me a few things there just the other day. Here are my picks: Relaco Leaves – Php590 Dry Steteco – Php590 Relaco Flowers – Php590 Denim Skirt – Php990 Laduree Shirt – Php790 (LOVE Uniqlo shirts!) I hope their store is big here as well. Oooooh, I can’t wait! I hope I’m better by then.

Makeup Addict Much?

I guess I am as evidenced by my shirts: Whenever I go abroad, I just have to have my Uniqlo fix. I was really thrilled when I saw this OPI for Uniqlo and this Canmake for Uniqlo: The OPI shirt is especially helpful during bazaars as it’s the perfect advertisement for my OPI products! Do you have "makeup clothes" or do you feel like you're a walking advertisement in them? Share!

Uniqlo Shirts Are the Best!

I recently got 2 Uniqlo shirts for myself and another one for my bestfriend. These are the best shirts I’ve ever owned in terms of style, fit and comfort. Here’s one for all you cat lovers out there: And this other shirt, I bought for the quirkiness of the design: I like the edgy feel that the stripes on the arm give. I wore this with a bandage skirt that totally complimented the stripes.  I’m straying away from jeans nowadays. Well, because of the summer heat and I feel that I look too boring when I wear jeans. This shopping diet is helping me get more creative with my wardrobe. I hope this creativity lasts even after the shopping diet.
