Book Update

In the midst of all the chaos that is the La Salle Bazaar, preparing for my Clinique Birthday Party and the Ateneo Bazaar, I was surprised that I was able to finish 4 books! For One More Day is a very touching story. I had teary eyes when I was reading this that’s why people were giving me weird looks as I was reading this at the walkway in La Salle while waiting for our ride. This book makes you appreciate life and the people in your lives (that matter) more. It reminds you to always tell the people you love, that you love them. The Bhagavad-Gita, of course, is a classic book. There are a lot of things that are kinda hard to apply to our everyday modern lives but this book made me step back and examine my life differently. Sure, I’m not Buddha but learning to control oneself (especially in shopping, haha!) is a gift. I’ve learned a lot in the Style Strategy. It made me look at my closet and shopping habits differently. I’ve learned a few tricks on how to shop wisely. The Twenties...
