  Yesterday was supposed to be piano class, but Teacher mixed up the schedule — and just like that, my family and I suddenly had a double holiday! (Yesterday was Ninoy Aquino Day).  Instead of wasting the day, we decided to make it a Soft Luxe adventure. ✨ Sometimes, the best days are the ones that unfold unexpectedly. Circuit Stop – Mumuso + Watsons 🛍️ Our first stop was Circuit. I went to Mumuso and Watsons for a few essentials and little luxuries. I picked up the BYS Pearl Pods (so excited to finally test them!) and a new concealer, along with some travel finds at Mumuso — bottles and organizers There were lots of new deliveries at BYS: There were more items like mascaras, new CloudSkin items, and more! I wasn't able to take photos of all of them as we were in a hurry.  Also got these hand foam washes that I've been eyeing for a long time but keep forgetting to buy! This is gonna be a picture-heavy post so I might break it down into 2 or 3 parts.  I spent last Saturday shopping with my family. Of course I had to apply makeup before going out. And this was the perfect time to try out my new BYS Queen Bee palette!  BYS Queen Bee Palette Review Let's unbox it, shall we? A closer look at the eyeshadows: I used Hive Mind, Dew, Sweet, and Pollen for this look.  I used my NARS Primer  on my lids before applying the eyeshadows. They're very pigmented and blendable.  The palette is sturdy as it's a tin can. The mirror inside is wide and clear. The pink part that houses the eye shadows is plastic though, and feels flimsy. But I guess this is a more environment-friendly type of plastic. That's BYS commitment to the environment.  The only shade I won't be able to wear here is Lush. I thought my stockpile would last me until the end of the year but it’s only November and we are using the last bottle of body wash. Our stock would have lasted but I forgot to take into account my sister. She uses our body wash when hers run out. So I went to Watsons with mom to get some more stocks. Aside from the BOGO offer, I used my coupon to get further savings. I just bought a bunch of necessities – shower gels, wet wipes, Charmee feminine wipes, hand sanitizers, toothbrushes and foot scrub. I couldn’t resist the new Hello Kitty products so I got the lip balms and the hand lotion. If you look closely, the hand lotion includes a Hello Kitty charm that can be removed and used for your phone or purse. The best part is they are all just 99 pesos each! In this transaction, I saved Php418! I love shopping at Watsons because I not only satisfy my need to shop, I also save money in the process. I’ll post a separate review of the Hello Kitty items so watch out for that.
