Olay Simply Nurture Coconut Milk Wash

Coconut scented products are having a big moment in my life right now. I used to hate coconut scents but it's funny. After giving birth, I was kinda drawn to it. I have no idea why. I guess pregnancy changes you in more ways than one.  You all know my current favorite shower creams are from Olay. So, imagine my glee when I found this at Rustan's. It even has a free travel sized partner! This smelled good, very subtle coconut scent. It is also very moisturizing. I think it's even better than the other variants. Probably because it's made with coconut milk. I hope I'll be able to see it again when I need to repurchase. It wasn't there last weekend but I did find another coconut product which I will share with you soon.

Aqua Vera Caribbean Dreams Body Wash

We are halfway through this bottle. I like the Breezes and Sunshine variant better than this one just because of the smell but this red body wash has a better consistency. It also bubbles up faster than the yellow one.  I only apply a small amount on my bath lily to get a good lather. It’s not as thick as the yellow body wash. The scent of Caribbean Dreams is so faint that I have to put my arm against my nose in order to smell it. This is good for days when I apply perfume as it won’t mix with the smell. It’s also good for my husband as this has a bit of a girly smell. My skin is still super dry so I cannot comment on its moisturizing properties. It’s a good buy though at Php109.75 at BOGO at Watsons. We still have several bottles left and I hope the next one will be better. The BOGO promo has ended so you would have to purchase this at its regular price of Php109.75.

Bench So In Love

Happy Hearts' Day! How nice is it that this product is named So In Love? How appropriate! I am halfway through this bottle and I can definitely say that I like this better than the Sweet Serendipity shower gel. I think So In Love was also the lotion that my cousin C blogged about here. This shower gel costs Php109, it’s the same size as Sweet Serendipity. The main difference is the scent. For me, this smells like perfume. I love it! The scent lingers a bit on my skin but when I apply lotion, the smell is completely masked. It also takes a few pumps to make my bath lily bubble up so it’s not too economical either. Anyway, I’m enjoying this shower gel and I always look forward to bath times because of this.  I will not repurchase as we still have a ton of shower gels in our stockpile.
