The time has come for me to dispose of my Anna Sui mascara. I can say that after 3 months, this was a disappointment. If you can remember, the SA said that the mascara won’t budge. But it did with some oil and sweat. I particularly noticed this during our last bazaar when I had rings under my eyes during the afternoon. We were in a closed air-conditioned place and the mascara still smudged. Also, I wasn’t able to maximize the use because the formula was already getting too thick. I felt really bad when I threw this away because I know there’s still a lot of product in there. I guess I’m sticking to my mentors’ advice to just use drugstore mascaras because they’re really good and they don’t break the bank. If you want to read my initial review click here .

YSL I am a big fan of bags and purses. I used to keep at least 20 of them at a time but now that I’m older (and wiser) I only buy bags that I know will last me a long time. So I gave away most of my bags and slowly rebuilt my collection. Here are some that I’ve recently acquired during  my trip abroad. Tsumori Chisato Cats When I was younger, I used to just buy this and buy that bag if I find it nice. So, there will be times when I end up not using a bag because I have so many already and I tend to stick to a few bags because of the hassle of organization. Now I know better.   Anna Sui Marc by Marc Jacobs I’m loving the Marc and Anna bags as they are so great with shopping! I gave the YSL bag to mom. I have yet to use the Cats bag. I can’t wait to buy more once this shopping diet is over!

This is also another post that I owe Kitten . I got this Anna Sui Super-Black Full Mascara on my recent trip abroad. I asked the SA if this was waterproof and she said, “No, it’s water resistant! You can go swimming and it will remain on your lashes” Taray!   So I got one and I also got the beauty box that I showed you in my recent vanity post. This is indeed super black and I love it! Although it’s water resistant, it’s easy to remove with my Etude House Mascara and Lip & Eye Makeup removers. I love the fact that it didn’t make my lashes fall out (remember Maybelline?) and it didn’t make my eyes itch. It withstood a whole day (and night) of shopping. Here’s the wand: It’s quite long, longer than my regular mascaras. I have a couple of problems though. One is, I think because it’s a thick mascara, it clumps up on the edge of the wand.
