We are halfway through this bottle. I like the Breezes and Sunshine variant better than this one just because of the smell but this red body wash has a better consistency. It also bubbles up faster than the yellow one.  I only apply a small amount on my bath lily to get a good lather. It’s not as thick as the yellow body wash. The scent of Caribbean Dreams is so faint that I have to put my arm against my nose in order to smell it. This is good for days when I apply perfume as it won’t mix with the smell. It’s also good for my husband as this has a bit of a girly smell. My skin is still super dry so I cannot comment on its moisturizing properties. It’s a good buy though at Php109.75 at BOGO at Watsons. We still have several bottles left and I hope the next one will be better. The BOGO promo has ended so you would have to purchase this at its regular price of Php109.75.

I bought several bottles of the Aqua Vera Body Wash when they were on BOGO at Watsons. This is the first bottle that we’ve opened and it’s the Breezes and Sunshine variant. It smells nice but doesn’t linger on my skin. The scent is gone the moment I leave the bathroom. The formula is thick and since this is not a pump type bottle, I have to press the bottle to get some product out then I have to rub the bath lily against the cover so that the product will stick to it. If I don’t do that, all the product will just get sucked back into the bottle. Although the product has a thick consistency, it still does not bubble up or lather up as much as I want it to so I have to apply a lot. This bottle will probably last us for 2 weeks, 2.5 at most. I can’t really say if this is moisturizing as my skin right now is very dry but it does not make that claim on the bottle so I guess it just “awakens your body”. Watsons is on sale again and that means I need to stock up on some of our essentials. MB and I are on a tight budget as we have a lot of things going on. We finally found an apartment and it’s not the size of shoebox, thank God! That’s just one of our concerns right now so we are keeping a close watch on our budget. It’s fortunate that we ran out of body wash the same time Watsons is holding a sale. I saw in their Facebook page that they had one brand of body wash on sale for only Php99 at BOGO so I definitely had to have it. We went to SM as I thought they had plenty of stock there. Turns out, it’s sold out so we went back to Greenbelt. Before I continue, here’s what I got: This is the Aqua Vera Body Wash. I cleaned the shelf on this one.
