PCX is also another drugstore favorite of mine. I go there from time to time as they have items that are not available at Watsons. I found the bath sponges on the left which my son uses. They are soft and nice to use.  The hair spray in the middle is a protectant. I use it before blow drying my hair. It's pretty good. The smell is a bit strong upon spritzing but it dies down and is non-irritating.  The Konjac sponge is also nice to use. I'm not sure if this is an authentic Konjac sponge. I'm planning to buy another one from Beauty Bar so that I can compare. These are cheap by the way at only less than 100 pesos a pack.  This nail polish is from the Essence Spring Collection.  I love this coral color.  The thing I hate about Essence nail polishes is that they have a terrible smell. I only discovered the brand Essence when I went to Singapore late last year. I must be living under a rock because Essence has already been here for several months and I was clueless! I was blown away by how pigmented my blush was. (Hmm.. a quick search reminded me that I haven't featured that blush yet. Will do soon.). When I got back, I made it my mission to find the Essence kiosk in SM Makati. Sad to say, I was disappointed because the display was dark, a bit dirty and a mish mash of stuff. They don't even feature the latest collection properly unlike in Watsons Singapore where the winter collection was displayed prominently. In spite of that, I would always visit the kiosk but never bought anything. The prices in Singapore are way better. I am not a huge fan of SM. I only go there to buy some of my son's stuff that no other department store carries. Today was an exception. I truly enjoyed today's sale. What's not to enjoy as everything is 10% off. If you are a SMAC or BDO Rewards card holder, you get an extra 10% between 10 am to 12 pm. If you use your BDO debit card, you get a 3% rebate, more if you use your BDO credit card! I was able to buy a few things. I stocked up on our toiletries which were on sale too. Aside from those, I got my niece this set of pambahay or lounge wear to sound sosyal. I got my son an extra pair of swim shorts as we are going swimming for a few days. I got him this box of crayons. I regret buying only one as the discount was super! The other one is a crayon sharpener. I had this when I was a kid. I think it's still here somewhere but I wanted my son to have his own. Last February, my family and I spent a few days in CDO and Iligan. I did some last-minute shopping and ended up with these. I wanted to buy a few new toys to keep my son busy during the trip. Matching Phineas and Ferb dining set. My son is on a Spiderman kick so I got him a bunch of Spidey items. These are still in my gift closet. I always buy cars for him. Aside from Spidey, he also likes Lightning. He already knows the alphabet but I bought this set of alphabet cards for an activity. These are to be given away as gifts. I bought this number puzzle set and brought it to the province. I also brought this bubble set which was a hit! Finally, these are for my journal. This haul was from National Bookstore and Waltermart.

I got a few things for MB, the baby and me! got MB some socks I couldn’t resist these tin cans! They have candies inside. There are many variants. I wanted to buy all of them but controlled myself. The ones in the left tin can are sour candies. In the right are cupcake flavored candies. This is for my son. I was actually surprised that the fan is strong enough to cool my baby’s face. My son really enjoyed this. I say enjoyed because my god daughter enjoyed playing with it as well so we just gave it to her. I asked hubby to buy one later. Once I told my mom that all my money goes to my son. It seems I always buy something for him whenever I go to the mall. Don’t get me wrong. I have a long shopping list for myself but my son now comes first until one Sunday… I got 4 packs of BOGO Lulur Love the scent! I was finally able to buy this! Yes!
