Weekend Hauls

I’ve been in so much stress for the past month and a half and I promised myself that I would go retail therapy last weekend. So I did. Saizen and Etude House hauls I got a few things from Saizen, Etude House and Watsons. From Saizen, I got the organizers which I will use for my wedding gig this coming weekend. I will also use the coral mat to line the table to prevent my things – brushes, lipsticks, etc. from slipping/rolling. I also got new food bowls for my cats which are not pictured here. I was originally planning to buy the Gommage scrub from Etude House but got carried away when I saw their new nail products. Good thing I was able to go back only to find out that the Gommage scrub has been out of stock for quite some time now. Anyway, I got an eyeshadow brush, also for the wedding gig, a nude nail polish which is really pretty, a cuticle treatment cream, a nail polish remover (the one in the tube), a top coat and a quick dry serum. I was intrigued with the nail po...

Fun Finds at Saizen

I am addicted to Saizen. Whenever I go to Market! Market!, I have to visit this store. Yesterday was no exception. I wasn’t planning on buying anything. I was just looking around until I saw a pink polka dot rug that I couldn’t resist. And then I found stuff for the kitties. So I surrendered and asked cousin C to get a basket and I ended up buying: -the pink rug -tape measures (2 in 1 pack) because I couldn’t find mine - camera tripod that I tested last night and gets two thumbs up -falsies that I will use in an upcoming ambitious EOTD Not in the photo are: - food bowls for the cats - huge cotton buds also for the cats (I think they are overpriced at 85 pesos but they’re worth a try because my cats are a pain when I try to groom them) - pink and green peeler (I bought one a few years ago at the flagship store in Robinson’s Galleria and to this day, that peeler still works. The blades are still sharp but I need to replace them as they’re starting to rust) - 12 pack multicol...

Fab Find @ Saizen

Quick post. I lost my Suesh eyebrow scissors. I don’t know where I put it. I brought it with me to the store because my cousin C wanted her brows to be fixed. I was sure I placed it back in my kit but when I was looking for it a few days after, it wasn’t there! I searched everywhere. I’m really disappointed as it wasn’t necessarily cheap. Long story short, I told myself to give it a few days and forget about it. Yeah, yeah..  I was still on the lookout for another pair. I didn’t want to buy at Landmark because I doubted the quality of the scissors I saw. We went to Market!Market! one day and since I’m a sucker for Saizen, I asked MB to go. Since MB needed his lint removers, he said sure. Lo and behold, I found this: It was a gamble but this is what I’ll say. For 85 pesos, you’re getting more than what you’ve paid for. Love the angle, the sharpness, everything. Now I don’t feel so bad anymore.
