It’s very easy for women to be stressed out. Well, it’s only natural as we do a lot more things than guys do. Aside from our careers, we have to take care of the house, run errands, do chores, handle the budgets, take care of the kids, etc., etc. all while maintaining our beauty and poise. We women don’t have it easy but there are some things you can do to manage your stress. Here’s what I do. Power Naps I take naps whenever I can. Aside from my body being weak, a nap helps refresh my mind. A 15-30-minute nap will do wonders for you, trust me. Set aside some “ME” time It’s the middle of the week, so how can you get some “ME” time? Simple. Call in sick and spend the day doing anything you like. You can go to the museum, try out that new restaurant, shop a little, anything that will take your mind off of work and stuff. Get moving When I’m too stressed, I work out or do some yoga.
