Parisian

I know I told Salmon Cat that the hauling will stop but my cousin broke a pair of shoes that she borrowed from me. I don’t always buy shoes but when I do, I buy more than one. Regulars of this blog know that my feet have a weird size so when I see a pair that fits me perfectly, I buy them right away. I usually wait until a pair breaks before I buy. I’ve already made a few pairs retire and I was putting off buying because I wanted to use my other pairs but I guess it was really time to buy. My usual boutiques are So Fab and Chesca but unfortunately, they didn’t have my sizes when I visited them last weekend. I decided to checkout SM as the Parisian line sometimes has my size. I was in luck and got these: Blue is not my favorite color. It just so happened that all the shoes that I liked were in this color. Plus I only have one pair of blue shoes so blue is actually not a bad choice. The flats are unbelievably comfortable. I haven’t worn any of these shoes for a whole day th...

So Fab! Love

I’m a loyal customer. If a brand works for me, then I stick to it until I find something better or the brand “abandons” me. = ) Such is the case of So Fab shoes. I’ve ben slowly building up my collection and I’d like to share them with you. My favorite pair nowadays is the orange one as they’re super, super comfy. I’m not a huge fan of closed shoes because it’s very hard for me to find a pair that fits me perfectly so you can see that almost all of them are open shoes. The black flats were a bit of a pain when I first wore them but after breaking in, they’re okay as long as I don’t wear them for several hours straight. I did once wear them on a shopping trip and my feet hurt for a couple of days so I only wore flats. =P I haven’t worn the neutral pair though. It’s very high. I think it’s around 4 inches (that’s very high for me). I wear other brands but I guess So Fab dominates my collection as I find their shoes chic and comfortable. Most of these shoes are from MB. He kn...

Pay Less?

I’m so sorry for not being able to post regularly. I’ve been super duper busy this week, going in and out of the hospital for my labs. I’ve been advised to take a week’s rest as I lost 7 pounds! And all along I thought I had gained a few pounds. That explains why my jeans keep falling. So about 2 or 3 weeks ago, my best friend and I went to the opening of Payless Shang. (If you’re not familiar, Payless is like the Forever21 or SM of shoes in the States). She’s so crazy about Payless shoes. I had mixed feelings though. I’ve already checked out the shoes in Mega and I almost bought a pair several times but ended up not buying because there was no stock left or there was a problem with the shoe, etc. At Shang, I couldn’t resist and bought: Payless Shoes I badly need flats as my scolio, etc. can’t handle heels anymore. It’s very hard for me to buy shoes, y’all know that so I grabbed these three immediately. The prices range from 795-995 pesos. And because of that, I got a canvass tote...

This is the start of something new…

Instead of makeup and skin care products, I chose to buy these:   Chelsea Sandals, Caronia Blue Velvet Nails I originally wanted 3 pairs of shoes from The Ramp but sadly, they didn’t have stocks. The SA said that there’s only one stock per size and the display was “new”. So not true! I’ve been eyeing those shoes for more than 2 weeks plus the shoes were already very dirty and they call that new?? Don’t you just hate it when SA’s do that? Sometimes they’re just too lazy to get new stocks that they’ll just push whatever’s on display even if it’s dirty or damaged. So off I went to SM to just look around. I spotted a pair that I liked but changed my mind after I went back to it. That’s how I shop. I take a look around, make a mental note of the things  I like then walk around some more. When I come back and I still like it then I buy it. I went to Chelsea just to look around. At this time, I was totally resigned to the idea of buying new shoes. It’s just my luck that I ...
