  I used to write about empties like a checklist—this is done, that’s finished, here’s what I might buy again. But lately, it feels deeper than that. There’s a quiet satisfaction in looking at something I once picked up with excitement—maybe even on a whim—and seeing it now, used and loved, its purpose fully served.

T here's something magical about walking into a place that makes you feel like a kid again—but with better taste and a credit card. That’s exactly how I felt when I wandered into Flying Tiger Copenhagen during our Weeekday Whimsy Week. Rows of pastel perfection, quirky Danish charm, and functional little delights had me smiling at every turn. And no, a richer life doesn’t have to cost a fortune—just look at the entrance sign and  their ₱80 napkins! Let me take you through some of my favorite finds: 🛒 Mini Pink Shopping Baskets How do you say “adorably unnecessary” in Danish? Because these mini baskets made me squeal. Perfect for organizing washi tapes, pens, or even crafting supplies for the Lady E Passport kits (more on that soon!). I might just use them as part of a display setup for pop-ups. D arling Glow Girls, let’s get one thing straight—traveling light doesn’t mean sacrificing glam. It means being clever. Strategic. Sensual. And lately? It means slipping a slim lip liner into my kit instead of carrying three different lipsticks that take up space I could save for perfume samples or a backup charger.

W hen we got back to the hotel in Manila, my sister told me to get some rest. My son and I rested for a whole day.  On Tuesday, we decided to go to KKV Gateway Mall with mom. 

A fter we got back to Manila from Baguio, we had a staycation in one of our favorite hotels.  Let's start this staycation with a quick product review. 

On our last day in Baguio, we made a quick stop at the market. I wanted to buy some vegetables and maybe a few more homecoming gifts.

I   didn’t wake up to the smell of cinnamon or soft carols playing in the background. I woke up because the outside noise didn’t care that I didn’t get enough sleep. But I got up anyway.
