1,759,511 and Still Becoming

On September 23, 2025, Glow reached one million views.

I remember looking at that number and wondering what could possibly come after a million.

Less than a year later, I have my answer.

759,511 more visits.

Not another beginning. Not an ending either.

Still becoming.

Glow has reached 1,759,511 all-time views.

Our last milestone was 1.5 million.

Since then, another 259,511 views have quietly found their way here.

That number still feels a little unreal to me.

Not because I think of Glow as small anymore, but because I still remember what it feels like to sit down and write one piece at a time. One thought. One photograph. One painting. One ordinary afternoon turned into something worth keeping.

And then, somewhere beyond my screen, someone reads it.

Then someone else does.

And somehow, over time, those tiny moments become 1,759,511.

The painting behind this milestone is called Still Becoming.

I painted it long before deciding it would become part of Glow’s milestone story, but the title feels right for this moment.

Because that is exactly what Glow is doing.

Still becoming.

Still growing into itself.
Still finding new readers.
Still changing shape.
Still making room for beauty, curiosity, ideas, softness, creation, and all the little things I want to leave behind in these pages.

There is something I love about celebrating milestones without pretending they are finish lines.

This is not the end of anything.

It is simply a marker that says:

Look how far we have come.

And then, quietly:

Keep going.

To every reader who has opened a page, stayed for another, returned weeks later, wandered through the archive, or found Glow by accident and decided to linger, thank you.

You helped build this number.

You helped build this place.

And still becoming. 🤍

Soft Luxe Staycations: Binondo Series - The Great Buddha, Curated Purchases from Eng Bee Tin, and Last Thoughts About Ramada

After buying a lot of stuff on the first floor, we headed upstairs to eat a light lunch. Mom was getting hungry. My son and I just ate, but we said that we will accompany her and will just order something light.

All About Eyes

Lately I’m finding myself obsessed with skin care products, prevention in particular. I'm not getting younger and nobody likes lines and wrinkles, right? I should have done this in my early twenties but those were hard times and we didn’t have enough to support our daily lives, let alone vanity splurges. So now, I’m on hyper mode. I did not place any expectations on this product. I’ve had it with products claiming they can do this and that. I just tried the product thinking that if it works then great, if not then I’ll just find a new one. I wasn’t expecting a dramatic change but 2 weeks into using this product, I noticed that my under eye area has become lighter. The lines are also not as deep as they were before I used this product. I stopped using the Garnier eye products because I’m allergic to them so that means I’m not using any whitening products for that area. I am truly impressed with this product. I didn’t take a before and after photo as I wasn’t expecting this at ...

When You Need a Tiny Reset (Glow Cards Are Here)

The shade is actually a dusty mauve or muted orchid. It looks blue on the image, but it's not blue.  There are days when I don’t need a full day off — I just need a moment. A tiny reset. A quiet pause in the swirl of noise. That’s how Glow Cards were born.
