Hi, everyone! I'm back at home, but Lady Flo is here, so I've been taking it easy. I also have several orders to work on and I have to assemble my gifts for my godkids, so I'll be in and out of this blog.
If I'm not here, you can check out my archives (lots of interesting reads there as I've been blogging since 2007), or you can check my food blog.
One of my favorite stops at SM Baguio is Miniso. They have a lot of items there that are not available in my local branches.
I bought several Sanrio nail polishes and here are two of them.
I also got these Hello Kitty Nail Decals. I was on vacation for 10 days and won't be doing any heavy dishwashing soon, so I went ahead and put decals on my nails.
This was taken right after they dried. I don't clean the edges because I get my hands wet too frequently that the edges end up clean after a few washes. It's just an extra step that I don't like to waste my time on.
It's been a few days and 3 decals have survived - both on my thumbs and the one on my left pinkie. I just discovered that my right pinkie's polish was ripped off, probably during washing dishes again.
Thoughts on the Miniso Sanrio Nail Polish
The colors are vibrant. Two swipes and they already look nice, but I've been swiping three times lately just to see if the nail polish will last longer. They don't. I guess with all the work I do with my hands, they chip off easily. I use the
Mumuso flower top coat.
Hmm.. Maybe next time I'll try Miniso's top coat to see if it will make a difference in the longevity of the nail polish.
The smell is like any other nail polish. Good thing I'm not too sensitive.
I've noticed that my nails don't turn yellow even after several days of wearing the nail polish. It's the same with Mumuso and KKV nail polishes, too. Maybe manufacturers have improved the formula. I haven't worn nail polish in over 12 years. It's just recently that I've started to enjoy them again.
I just love seeing my nails all dolled up.
I have so many things to tell you about my last travel, but I just don't have the energy today to write about them, so I ask for your patience. I will try to write about it every now and then.
I can't wait to share with you my curated purchases from Flying Tiger Copenhagen, KKV, Mumuso, and more!
