A While Back - How I Celebrated My Birthday: Flying Tiger Part 2 and Some Easter Basket Finds
Cute mechanical fan, but not practical
This is part 2 of my Flying Tiger birthday day out.
There are a few Flying Tiger items that I’ve been admiring again and again like that pen holder from my previous post. This set of highlighters is one of them. I don’t buy them because I still have a ton of highlighters that I have to use up. (I give myself a pat on the back every time I exercise self-control when shopping. ☺️ )
I was thinking that maybe this small blackboard could be a good addition to my booth for PBF (Philippine Book Festival), but I passed. Now that I look at it, I have some ideas for it for the next time I join a festival. Definitely grabbing this when I see it again.
Lots of these arts and crafts kits for Easter baskets! I used to do a lot of those but my godkids are a lot older now. Not sure if they will still appreciate it. I did make one for one of my goddaughter and will be sending it to her tomorrow. I’ll post about it either here or on my other blog.
I have been going back and forth on these balloon puppy pens, too! But I’m more of a cat person and my babies in heaven might haunt my dreams. 😆
I’m always impressed with these wooden toys from Flying Tiger. They are a bit on the expensive side though. Well, some of them. Sometimes the price is right.
I love dominoes! Not just for playing, but I used them a lot in our homeschool. These are great Easter basket stuffers, too, by the way.
I love this hexagonal canvases. I’ve only realized now that I look at it that it’s a 3-pack! I’m getting one if I see these again. I have a great idea for a future festival booth!
These trophies cracked me up. These are great for when you have friends over for dinner and you play some games. You can award the winners with these.
These are for nail care but that one is quite scary-looking. At first glance, I thought it was a cutter. You know that hardware tool? 😆 I have one of those for when I make bead jewelry.
Spring mugs abound! I like that snail one. But again, self-control when it comes to mugs. Pat on the back.
Avocado merch. I don’t know about you Glow Girls, in your part of the world. First we had an avo craze and then a capybara. I don’t get it. Am I missing something? 😆
Now these two are perfect for any teenage girls in your life. I actually had one of those braiding tools below when I was a kid and they really worked!
These sunglasses were also new to my branch. Oh, look at those lavender heart sunglasses up top!
Magnetic bookmarks are also great to add to your Easter Basket. You can use them for books, notes, journaling, etc.
These nail stickers + the hair tools above? Chef’s kiss for your teenage girl’s Easter basket.
This is also a nice activity to add to your teenage girl’s Easter basket. Crocheting can be therapeutic, relaxing, or can even be a source of income. I crochet, too, but I stopped because I was getting allergic to the yarn. I have to find a good hypoallergenic yarn.
I wanted these fruit lamps for my PBF booth, but you really need to stick them to a wall. I got one that’s freestanding though.
Cute trash bins that can double as a gift container. Just stuff all your gifts in this!
These are also cute blind boxes. I got one for my booth. I got a ladybug which I put on display.
After my Flying Tiger shopping spree, we went to Ayala Park Triangle Mall for a KKV expedition! That’s next. Stay tuned Glow Girls! I hope you’re enjoying my birthday series so far because I am having fun reliving them.
