Sacred Rise: A Breath of Energy for the Days After Flow

Every woman deserves a gentle lift after her period. The days following Flo can feel like a slow climb back into clarity — your energy is rebuilding, your body is resetting, and your spirit is preparing for ovulation. That’s where my new inhaler blend, Sacred Rise, comes in. 🌸

🌿 The Recipe

  • Lemon – 6 drops 🍋
    Cleansing, bright, clears away heaviness.
  • Peppermint – 4 drops 🌱
    Refreshes, cools, sharpens focus.
  • Clary Sage – 3 drops 🌿
    Supports hormones, balances emotions.
  • Frankincense – 3 drops 🌲
    Grounds the mind, calms restlessness.

Total: 16 drops

Place the oils on the inhaler wick, seal, and inhale gently (3–4 breaths) when you need a burst of freshness. I inhale this 2-3x a day. I keep it on my desk to remember to use it.

🌿 Why Sacred Rise Works

  • Lemon + Peppermint → lift your mood and energy.
  • Clary Sage + Frankincense → steady your hormones and emotions.
  • Together, they create a clear, grounded rhythm to carry you smoothly from Flo into your fertile days.

This blend is your bridge between cycles — light enough for daily use, strong enough to remind you of your rising energy.

🌸 When I Use It

I use it right after my morning shower to set the tone for the day. In the afternoons, when brain fog creeps in, it’s a refreshing pick-me-up. And on evenings when I want to write more or plan, it helps me gather my thoughts without feeling rushed.

🌿 A Soft Luxe Ritual

This phase of the cycle is about gentle rebuilding. Estrogen is rising, and you may feel energy slowly returning — Sacred Rise syncs with that flow instead of pushing against it. To me, that’s the heart of soft luxe living: honoring where I’m at, while still creating rituals that feel elegant and intentional.

🌸 Final Note

Sacred Rise is more than just aroma — it’s a ritual, a reminder that your body knows how to rise again. With every breath, you honor your cycle, your strength, and your softness.

An inhaler for every phase

I made inhalers for different phases of my cycle. Check them out here:

Sacred Allure - for ovulation

Moonrise - for the week before Lady Flo arrives

If you have any sensitivities or health conditions, be sure to ask your primary care provider before using essential oils.

After buying a lot of stuff on the first floor, we headed upstairs to eat a light lunch. Mom was getting hungry. My son and I just ate, but we said that we will accompany her and will just order something light.

All About Eyes

Lately I’m finding myself obsessed with skin care products, prevention in particular. I'm not getting younger and nobody likes lines and wrinkles, right? I should have done this in my early twenties but those were hard times and we didn’t have enough to support our daily lives, let alone vanity splurges. So now, I’m on hyper mode. I did not place any expectations on this product. I’ve had it with products claiming they can do this and that. I just tried the product thinking that if it works then great, if not then I’ll just find a new one. I wasn’t expecting a dramatic change but 2 weeks into using this product, I noticed that my under eye area has become lighter. The lines are also not as deep as they were before I used this product. I stopped using the Garnier eye products because I’m allergic to them so that means I’m not using any whitening products for that area. I am truly impressed with this product. I didn’t take a before and after photo as I wasn’t expecting this at ...

When You Need a Tiny Reset (Glow Cards Are Here)

The shade is actually a dusty mauve or muted orchid. It looks blue on the image, but it's not blue.  There are days when I don’t need a full day off — I just need a moment. A tiny reset. A quiet pause in the swirl of noise. That’s how Glow Cards were born.
