I wasn’t able to write yesterday because my son got sick from something he drank at the restaurant we ate at. And then I got sick in the middle of the night, too. We’re both okay now.
Anyway, let’s continue this series.
My next stop was Fully Booked. This is one of my favorite stores of all time. When I was younger, I’d get lost in the books and then I had my son and most of you know that we homeschool, so we were always at this bookstore. Today we prefer ebooks, but I still go to Fully Booked and Kinokuniya for the stationery. And what an incredible stationery collection do they have. Incredible for me because we don’t have a lot of stationery stores here.
These Sarasa My Little Joy limited edition pens caught my eye immediately. Zebra always has limited edition things! Every time I visit, I see something new.
I love these Mattehop pens, too. I have a few, but I’m eyeing the set. The set is much cheaper compared to buying one by one, but then again, there might be some colors in the set that I might not like.
And here we go again with Zebra’s limited editions. These are scented. I used two shades and the scent is not overwhelming. Very subtle. Very Victorian stationery vibes.
Individual pens are sold out.
These are pearly pen cases. I tried so hard not to buy one. You know my love affair with pouches. I just can’t get enough of them! But I do use them in my daily life.
I was drawn to the color of this bag. That’s my palette, right there.
They had a lot of these Disney storage bags.
I always stop to admire those cute box cutters, but I don’t buy any. I feel like the blade is too small plus do those even come with refills?
Kori - my current favorite stamps. I’m new to stamping. I do have a few sets from way back, but didn’t have the time to really use them because I was very busy with my son. Now that he’s older, I can finally explore this medium for my art.
I get so annoyed whenever I see these Kitta stickers.. just because I can’t find mine! My friend got them for me when she went to Japan a long time ago. I don’t know where I put them! It’s been bothering me for days!
Yes, more pouches. I think I’m gonna buy the one on the left for my travel journaling kit.
Oh, here are more of those packing bags/organizers that I showed earlier.
I’m not a huge clip fan. I have one big one and that’s it. I use it to hold my journal or book open. But those cat clips! Argh!
I’ll probably give in soon and buy one of these clips.
They had a wall of Rilakkuma merchandise and stationery!
I like Hello Kitty and her gang better, but I thought these are cute.
These tissues are more expensive than what you’d get from Watsons, but I got a pack because I forgot to transfer my tissues from my other bag. I changed bags that day. There was no Watsons nearby, so I got a pack of the blue variation to be sure that I’d have some in my bag if I would need it during this outing. And it’s a good thing because when I got to Central Square, I was all sweaty and needed to wipe my face and neck.
These are limited edition, too! Of course, right? 😏
Later that day, I visited another branch, but that’s for another day.
I went to Flying Tiger after Fully Booked and can you believe that I went out unscathed? I bought zero things from Flying Tiger! 😂
I don’t know. I just wasn’t feeling it. The vibes in that store were different from the other FT branches I frequent. So, I left after a quick sweep.
