I prefer using shower gels. For a time, I alternated between the two but I got tired of using them because it just took too long for me to finish showering. I can't afford long luxurious shower sessions anymore now that I'm a mom. So, I ditched them. I love The Body Shop shower gels and I especially like getting GWPs from them to try out new scents.
